Anna Nowicka is a choreographer and dream practitioner based in Brandenburg and Berlin. Her work explores the intersection of movement, dreaming, and spontaneous imagination. With degrees in dance, choreography, and psychology (SEAD, HZT Berlin, University of Warsaw), she completed her practice-based PhD on embodied attention as a foundation for presence at the Polish National Film School in Łódź. Anna is a certified Saphire® teacher with Dr. Catherine Shainberg’s The School of Images and a faculty member of the International Institute for Dreaming and Imagery®, where she directs the Dream your World Kids® program. She is a PCC coach from the International Coaching Federation, teaching and mentoring students at e-Co Leadership Coaching certification program at George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership. She applies dreamwork to her pedagogical practice, teaching workshops, mentoring art students and working with individuals on creativity and manifesting their vision. Her performances and workshops translate dreams into movement, sound, and light—creating spaces of transformation through somatic listening and spontaneous imagination. She teaches at the HZT and UdK Berlin and develops international programs connecting choreography with dreamwork.
