This story could begin in any child’s bedroom. If you think that it started at your home, you will not be mistaken. This is a story of moms whose kisses stored in caskets include those that will never be given to anyone, even you. And fierce pirates whose thoughts run away and walk in the long grass of defunct football pitches. But above all, it is your history about the journey to Neverland.
This is where the lost children live. Those that fell out of prams, or those who adults forgot about in the rush of daily duties.
Children do not need a map to get here. Unlike their parents who must always have it all sorted out. So they craft amazing colors and pirate ships, secluded animal lairs, witches, spaceships, monsters and dinosaurs… This would not be a difficult map, if it was everything.
But there is more: the first day of school, religion, fathers, irregular verbs, chocolate cake, tying shoelaces, saying ‘she sells seashells by the seashore’, a banknote for a lost tooth…
