Dreamwork
Every night – without exception – you plunge into dreaming. In a fluid movement of images, feelings and sensations, you are shown where you currently are. Dreams weave a precise, clear, and deeply embodied image of your present life. They are your “news from the body”, showing to you your deepest desires, questions you carry, challenges, patterned reactions and possibilities for living your true potential. If you can understand the poetic, nonlinear language of dreaming, an interactive, clear map for action unfolds. You are shown what to do, and how to co – create your waking life.
The work starts within.
I have been studying dream and imagery work with dr Catherine Shainberg for over 15 years. Catherine is a direct student of Colette Aboulker-Muscat, and since 1981 she has been developing the work in her School of Images, publishing books and audiobooks, teaching courses, bringing the technology of inner gazing to new fields, e.g. to childbirth. I am a certified Saphire® practitioner from the School of Images.
Since 2015 I have been working and collaborating with dr Bonnie Buckner, Catherine’s student, and since 2020 I am co-creating the International Institute for Dreaming and Imagery®. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, with an e-Co Leadership Coaching Certificate from the Centre for Excellence in Public Leadership at George Washington University. I also hold an MA in Psychology from Warsaw University.
